"This is a vibrant, pale yellow wine which glistens in the sunlight and is the quintessential summertime sipper. The first thought is refreshing after nosing this wine and discovering tropical fruits such as kiwi and casaba melon notes and a touch of linalool and blood orange notes. The palate is completely balanced in its acidity and mid palate allowing a variation of flavors to be revealed: citron lemon, key lime, Pipen apple, fig and Meyer lemon zest. It finishes with honeysuckle, mango, passion fruit and kumquat."
Smooth, ripe and juicy with smooth vanilla oak; mellow and balanced with ripe pear fruit and a mellow finish; long and creamy.
The M-80 firework, is extremely loud, explosive and dangerous. The same is true with our M-80 Chardonnay. We select choice Chardonnay grapes from the cool climate of Sonoma County, pick at optimal ripeness and ferment exclusively in French oak and put the wine through 100% Malo-Lactic fermentation. The wine is generous in its vanilla and buttery aromas and flavors which some may describe as extreme, explosive and dangerous.

This Rosé was made as part of the Red Dirt Red wine family, by taking some of the juice at the distemmer before the grapes were pumped into the red fermenter. However, a good portion of the wine was made by pressing the grapes directly in the press.
“Screw cap. Excellent quality rose. It is fragrant, full bodied, balanced, and long on the finish, tasting of cherry, plum, watermelon, herbs, and white pepper. Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre. [2017-2018].”
A wine with plum, rose petal, toast, and cherry aromas/flavors and a medium length finish.

"A deep, plum black cherry hue, with aromas of ripe black cherry and cassis notes."
This is a wine we have wanted to make for about 15 years. The concept is simple, when you choose the right clones of Pinot Noir grown in the best spots and picked at optimal ripeness the flavors that jump out of the glass are easily summed upby the expression “Cherry Bomb”.
Medium plum color with garnet hue. Intense crushed raspberry aromas fill the glass, backed by licorice and white pepper notes. The palate is juicy with ripe black cherry and the ample acidity suggests sour cherry as well.
“Smooth and lush with dense plum, blackberry and
cassis fruit; lush and balanced; long and earthy.”
The name "The Insider" comes from the confidentiality agreement we had to sign in order to purchase the grapes from the vines of a well known winery producing world class wines. With our insider connections and knowledge we are able to offer you a wine of exceptional quality and pedigree at a price that will amaze.
The wine is uber concentrated and ripe with blueberry and boysenberry fruit which are elegantly wrapped in a silky vanilla wrapping. The entry of this dense Petite is both tannic and bold while maintaining a juicy, overripe profile displaying ample acidity to balance the tannins and fruit concentration making it multidimensional and food friendly. The finish is so supple and smooth that you will miss it when it is gone.

Vinum Cellars was established in 1997 based on producing value oriented, varietal/appellation specific wines. Cabernet Sauvignon from the Napa Valley confirms our belief that only specific grape varietals should be grown within appellations that are ideally suited to the varietal.

"This is a sleeper selection, coming from the eastern side of Napa near Atlas Peak. At $42.00, this is an outstanding value for a top Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa. Drink now-2030." - Robert Parker
This is our fifth vintage, which yielded three barrels from 3 acres. Aged in new French oak for 22 months, we produced 58 cases.
