WHITE ELEPHANT'07 |
| n. 1. A rare, expensive possession that is a financial burden to maintain. 2. An uncommon whitish or light-gray form of the Asia elephant, often regarded with special venerations. 3. A unique California white wine made from a blend of 58% Chenin Blanc, 30% Roussanne and 12% Viognier, which are barrel fermented in French Oak and aged Sur Lies for 9 months. Its cool climate pedigree stretches from Clarksburg, through San Benito to Santa Barbara County.

VIO'07 |
| This Viognier comes from the Vista Verde Vineyard located in the hills just north of the Pinnacles in San Benito County. The grapes were hand-picked, whole cluster pressed and cold fermented in small French Oak barrels. This wine has undergone partial malo-lactic fermentation and was aged Sur Lies for 9 months.

"Pets" is an old nickname of Petite Sirah, and the bold black- and red-lettered label states that a portion of the profits from the sale of this wine will be donated to a San Francisco SPCA animal-shelter fund."
