As an environmentally conscious company, Vinum Cellars works only with sustainable growers to create Eco-Friendly products. The packaging choices were made specifically to minimize their carbon footprint. Some of those features are: Domestically produced light weight, Eco-Series glass; labels and cartons using only non-toxic, water based inks and each of these suppliers recycles 100% of the waste created by manufacturing our packaging.

| This pretty in pink, garnet colored Rose displays ripe strawberry aromas with a light dusting of powdered sugar. The palate also has a burst of kumquat which mingles well with the intense strawberry infusion throughout.

2008 CALIFORNIA PETITE SIRAH |
| This wine is our classic PETS with big and dark purple color, and very generous with ripe fruit. It is a rich, pomegranate scented monster of a wine which packs a punch yet finishes soft, with concentrated plum, blueberry and supple tannins. The finish is generous and fires on all cylinders, fruit, color, concentration and silky oak tannins at the end.

| This big Cab has a dark plum color with very rich tannins and sweet, supple french oak notes. The palate displays big fruit which explodes with huckleberry and blueberry concentration. The really sappy mid palate finishes with boysenberry, cassis and integrated vanilla tannins. More Details |

WHITE ELEPHANT'07 |
| n. 1. A rare, expensive possession that is a financial burden to maintain. 2. An uncommon whitish or light-gray form of the Asia elephant, often regarded with special venerations. 3. A unique California white wine made from a blend of 58% Chenin Blanc, 30% Roussanne and 12% Viognier, which are barrel fermented in French Oak and aged Sur Lies for 9 months. Its cool climate pedigree stretches from Clarksburg, through San Benito to Santa Barbara County.

VIO'07 |
| This Viognier comes from the Vista Verde Vineyard located in the hills just north of the Pinnacles in San Benito County. The grapes were hand-picked, whole cluster pressed and cold fermented in small French Oak barrels. This wine has undergone partial malo-lactic fermentation and was aged Sur Lies for 9 months.

"Two labels stood out from the pack when the bags came off in our blind tasting, including the PETS bottling from Vinum. "Pets" is an old nickname of Petite Sirah, and the bold black- and red-lettered label states that a portion of the profits from the sale of this wine will be donated to a San Francisco SPCA animal-shelter fund."
