"The vineyard is best known for a Williams Selyem Pinot Noir. Its a cool climate that ripens grapes well, but preserves plenty of acidity. This dry, barrel-fermented wine is complex and delicious, packed with Meyer lemon, pear, peach, tart green apple and spice flavors."
