"This is a value-driven wine that overdelivers on its price point, offering black cherry, vanilla and dried herb around an oaky center. Made in a full-bodied, fleshy and lush style, it finishes in earthy varietal character and drops of cinnamon." - V. B.
VinePair, 6 Best Red Wines for Fall 2020
"Cabernet Sauvignon is from France, but California is definitely its second home. This bottle is a classic style from the Paso Robles region in the Central Coast. It is big and juicy, but not too heavy. The acidity lifts the body of the wine up on the palate and won’t weigh you down." - K.B.

"Dense aromas of black currant, earthy herbs, tobacco and pencil shavings show on the nose of this bottling. Brighter touches of plum and mulberry power the palate, where chopped herbs and graphite flavors add complexity." - M.K.
This wine pairs well with Bolognese pastas or stews as well as anything off the grill from seared skirt steak to pan seared Filet Mignon served with truffle mashed potatoes and haricots verts seasoned with sea salt. For a vegetarian option try it with Dal (curried lentils) over basmati rice and serve with yogurt, mint chutney and onion naan. This is a nice Cabernet Sauvignon for sipping anytime and anywhere.

"From Sangiacomo-farmed grapes, this value-driven wine delivers a buttery nose and creamy mid palate of brioche and baked pear, its structure and body weight fleshy and full." - V. B.
VinePair, 25 of the Best Pinot Noirs for 2020
"It’s not easy finding a good Pinot Noir for a weeknight under $20, so this is a nice go-to. It’s juicy and grippy and smells like cherries and cinnamon along with the fresh soil from your garden. It’s buoyant on the palate with a tart fruit core. This is a great bottle to share with friends or have a few glasses with just you and Netflix."
Aromatically this wine has medium and lightly toasted vanilla notes which are enveloped in lemon verbena. The palate is rich with honey, ripe pear and baked apple tart flavors which bounce off additional textured custard notes. The wine has a long finish with opulent Tahitian vanilla, caramel and toast while allowing just the right amount of tropical acidity in the form of guava, mango and passionfruit.
Dark, inky purple, plum (almost black) color. The intense aromas express blueberry and huckleberry fruit notes. The finish is rich with dark chocolate, blackberry and creamy Tahitian vanillan.

Vinum Cellars was established in 1997 based on producing value oriented, varietal/appellation specific wines. Cabernet Sauvignon from the Napa Valley confirms our belief that only specific grape varietals should be grown within appellations that are ideally suited to the varietal.
92 Points, Cellar Selection, Wine Enthusiast
Impressive at any price, but especially notable at this cost, this 100% varietal red is a testament to the power and concentration of the vintage, integrated with a push of tannin on the back of the tongue. Spicy clove and pepper ride a wave of cassis, dark cherry and chocolate, needing time to unwind in the glass. It will do well in the cellar through 2028.
92 points, Robert Parker's Wine Advocate "The wine hits the palate with a voluptuous texture, a full-bodied mouthfeel, silky tannins and a long, long finish. At $42.00 a bottle, it is a steal."
- Robert Parker

“This wine packs a punch and overdelivers quality for the price. This is a crowd-pleaser in its lush, soft and fruity combination of grilled meat, bacon and smoky tannin. Those big bold elements are complemented by plenty of black-cherry jam.”

"Thick grippy tannins surround a core of mountain sage and dried herb in this 100% varietal wine. Tart underlying acidity brightens a triumvirate of cherry, cassis and red currant, with the promise of rocky minerality lingering on the finish." - V.B.
This wine pairs ideally with a double cut bone-in rib eye steak with sautéed chanterelle mushrooms and shallots served with haricot verts in garlic butter with a saffron risotto cake. Save a half glass for dessert and do the dark chocolate molten lava cake.
BRONZE MEDAL, SF Chronicle Wine Competition
89 PTS, Wine Enthusiast
"Very strong smoky aromas of hickory and a solid pepper spice give a savory background to the backdrop of blackberry fruit on the nose of this bottling. That smoke carries into the palate, where roasted wood, campfire and bacon flavors meet with black currant and caramel." - M.K.
This is the most concentrated vintage of Red Dirt Red we have ever made. It expresses a dark plum, cranberry staining color which comes from low yielding, concentrated grapes.
This special small lot Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon has a deep, dark plum color, which is evidence of the amazing concentration that this wine has. The aromas are of ripe black cherry, boysenberry and blueberry fruit. On the palate this wine is structured with impressive depth of cassis with a sappy core of cherry vanilla and finish elegantly with dark roast coffee and soft tannins, which allow for current enjoyment.

"A new offering from the producer, this is a classically tropical, honeyed white wine, viscous, thick and oaky, with a touch of butter teasing the palate as it opens in the glass. For fans of full-bodied flavor, this is creamy and buttery in spades." – V. B.
