About This Wine:

2017 is the second rosé release from my daughter Rosemary Adele Bruno, who wanted to make a rainbow wine. It’s produced from the same Pinot Noir grapes as MISHA; we separate some of the juice during crush and pump juice right out of the tank, then ferment the "pink" wine like a white wine. The result certainly has that special unicorn magic. The color is a light, vibrant salmon pink which offers intense pomegranate aromas with key lime and lychee aromas. The palate is juicy with sweet cherry and raspberry flavors with a hint of kefir. The wine finishes with silky tones which showcases it's great acidity. Perfect to enjoy anytime of the year.
