This is our fifth vintage, which yielded three barrels from 3 acres. Aged in new French oak for 22 months, we produced 58 cases.
Deep Garnet Crimson color. Elegant and profound nose of Black Cherry Liquor, Incense, Rosehips, Dark Chocolate, Leather and hard Spices. Ripe and supple palate with layers of Chocolate-Covered Cherries, Blackberries, Currants, Sweet Vanilla, Sandalwood and Canela. Long, ripe mouthfilling tannins, and a beautiful balancing acidity. Well-filled and superbly defined. Decant and serve now with a rare-grilled Bistecca Fiorentina or age through 2025 to serve with your finest meals. (LIMIT 3 BOTTLES) |
